Job Description

This Opportunity is with UNM foundation, CSR arm of Torrent group;

Site Operations & Staff Supervision

Supervise on-ground staff (security, gardeners, laborers) for attendance, discipline, and task execution.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Ensure safety and security of lake premises, staff, and visitors.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards or risks.
Report damages, incidents, and operational issues to senior management.
Verify vendor work quality and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in supervising teams including laborers, security staff, and gardeners.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Keen eye for identifying and reporting hazards or damages promptly.

Work Location

Field-based role at lakes under the maintenance project, involving regular site visits.
