Gaming Technical Support Representative

 India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and professional Gaming Technical Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to our gaming customers. You will work closely with fellow team members to resolve technical issues, guide gamers through troubleshooting, and ensure an immersive and seamless gaming experience.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist gamers with troubleshooting related to Gaming PCs, Laptops, Peripherals, and Accessories.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to gaming performance, drivers, connectivity, and in-game errors.
  • Provide step-by-step technical guidance and ensure customers enjoy uninterrupted gameplay.
  • Educate users on gaming system optimization, performance tuning, and recommended configurations.
  • Stay updated on the latest Legion products, gaming technologies, and industry trends.
  • Record all interactions in MSD systems accurately and comprehensively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and escalation support) to ensure faster resolution.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to improve gaming support services and product features.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to expand gaming technical knowledge.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service quality standards.

Gaming Support Representative Team Leader Operations Manager CEC Head Regional Director.

Must have:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Strong knowledge of Gaming experience and PC hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, cooling systems) and Windows OS.
  • Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM.

Should have:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in gaming scenarios.
  • Good reading, comprehension, and customer-handling skills.
  • Understanding of gaming platforms (Steam, Xbox Game Pass, Epic Games, etc.).
  • Familiarity with common online multiplayer issues (lag, FPS drops, latency, connectivity).

Good to have:

  • Hands-on knowledge of Legion products or other gaming PCs/laptops.
  • Experience in Windows 10/11 installation, drivers, BIOS updates, GPU/CPU troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning (overclocking basics, thermal management, gaming optimization tools).
  • Basic knowledge of sales support (upsell gaming accessories, extended warranty).
  • Certifications in PC hardware, gaming technologies, or customer support.
  • 2+ years of experience in gaming or technical support.

Monday to Sunday Process. General Shift with 5 days working roster.

  • Education: Any degree (10+2+3/4) or Diploma (10+3 or 10+2+3).
  • Fresher or 12 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or gaming-related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and passion for gaming.
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
  • Previous experience in gaming support will be a strong advantage.
