Job Description

Hi Candidates,

Gallagher is currently hiring for Commerce Graduate Freshers (2024/25 pass outs) for Vikhroli (Mumbai) location:-

Primary Role and Responsibilities: -

Trainee Role:-

Develop sound understanding of the Reinsurance business and knowledge of auditing procedures, the full transactional process, and role interfaces / dependencies within the own business unit and related functions
Complete File Reviews as per Turn Around Time prescribed by the Business Unit
Perform high standards of Quality reviews and analysis on Placing / Analytics / Claims / Pro Rata files based on Regulatory Requirements, Client Excellence Model and Standard Practices and Procedures
Operate within the guidelines of internal and external regulators

Knowledge:

Working knowledge of Computers (Technological efficient)
Relevant Insurance / Reinsurance industry experience would be beneficial
Awareness of basic accounting fundamentals (debit/credit)

Skills:

Business Communication, Written & Verbal
Analytical skills (including but not limited to - Eye for detail, Interpretation of documents)
Basic MS Office Skills (especially, Excel and Word)

Qualification: -

Any Commerce Graduate (B.com / BBI, BMS, BBA - Preferred).
