Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Role Overview: As a member of the HCM Team at SSI, you will be part of a group of consultants dedicated to delivering services on Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion & Taleo, as well as Onprem Applications such as eBusiness Suite and Peoplesoft. With a current team strength of 250+ consultants and growing, customers rely on your expertise to provide solutions to challenges they face during implementation. Your presence will be spread across OSSI locations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune, and Chennai. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 8+ years of overall experience with HCM Applications, with recent 3+ years focusing on Oracle Cloud Fusion - Lead at least 2 end-to-end implementation engagements on Fusion, showcasing strong Solution Designing skills with a deep understanding of integration impacts on other modules and applications - Demonstrate expertise in designing strategies for Data Migration/Conversion, Integration Architecture, and Proof of Concepts, utilizing relevant tools/technologies such as HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, Integration, Fast Formulas, and Core Oracle Applications tech stack - Showcase a good understanding of HCM Business Processes and the ability to lead and mentor team members - Exhibit strong communication skills and customer handling capabilities, essential for leading and mentoring team members effectively - Be flexible to adapt to project situations and play various roles as per project requirements - Assist in Pre-Sales related activities, bids, and proposals - Display willingness to travel between 50-75% for project requirements Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience with HCM Applications, focusing on recent 3+ years in Oracle Cloud Fusion - Strong Solution Designing skills with integration knowledge and exposure in designing strategies for Data Migration/Conversion and Integration Architecture - Expertise in tools/technologies such as HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, Integration, Fast Formulas, and Core Oracle Applications tech stack - Good understanding of HCM Business Processes - Ability to lead, mentor team members, and handle customers effectively - Flexibility to adapt to project requirements and play multiple roles as needed - Willingness to travel between 50-75% for project needs (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
