Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum of two full life-cycle Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation projects for global customers.
Experience in Taleo to ORC migration is required.
Oracle Cloud ORC certification is an added advantage.
Ability to design, build, and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
Perform end-to-end configurations and prepare detailed configuration guides.
Work closely with the data migration team to explain templates, validate, and test data migration objects.
Strong understanding of Fast Formulas for recruitment processes.
Experience in designing Offer Templates and BI Reports.
Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Key User Training (KUT) sessions.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create Cutover Plans for deployment.
Collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition stakeholders for successful implementation and adoption.
