Fusion Financial Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with significant experience in Fusion Finance modules and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). The consultant will lead and support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion financials to enhance financial processes, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Analyze complex financial processes and business requirements; map them to Oracle Fusion finance functionalities with a focus on FAH's accounting aggregator capabilities.
• Configure FAH accounting rules, source data integration, journal entries, and reconciliation processes to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with other Cloud modules and external systems ensuring seamless data flow.
• Develop and execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to functional users and finance teams.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and ongoing support documentation.
• Support Oracle Fusion Finance upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal business disruption.
• Assist in resolving production issues and provide continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud, with proven expertise in Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, journal processing, and integrated financial operations.
• Exposure to Oracle Financial modules configuration and support including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
