Furniture Salesman/woman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Furniture Sales Executive to join our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of custom and ready-made furniture, assisting clients with product selection, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery. This role requires a strong sense of design aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for interior furnishings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients and handle sales inquiries professionally.
• Present and explain product features, materials, finishes, and pricing to customers.
• Collaborate with interior designers to provide furniture solutions aligned with design concepts and client requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain product knowledge, including design trends, materials, and manufacturing details.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Manage showroom display and maintain product presentation standards.
• Handle after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in furniture or interior design sales.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of furniture materials, finishes, and design styles.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
