Furniture Sales Representative

Role Overview: As a Sales and Client Services Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage client inquiries, sales transactions, and ensure proper section display. You will also supervise product unloading, set up new arrivals, oversee installation services at client sites post-sales, and effectively address any client queries that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Handle product ordering and communicate with vendors regarding client orders - Conduct interior or site visits, including outstation visits, for measurements and product selection - Keep clients informed about the status of their orders and deliveries - Adhere to the organization's rules and regulations - Prepare and submit quotations and estimates to clients in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments and management - Maintain stock reporting on a regular basis Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of experience in retail sales - Proficiency in English Additional Details: This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a compensation package that includes performance and yearly bonuses.
