Furniture Sales Representative

As a Sales and Client Services Representative, your role will involve managing client inquiries, sales transactions, and ensuring proper section display. You will be responsible for supervising product unloading and setting up new arrivals. Additionally, you will independently oversee the installation services at client sites post-sales and address any client queries effectively. Your duties will also include handling product ordering, communicating with vendors regarding client orders, and conducting interior or site visits, including outstation visits, for measurements and product selection. Keeping clients updated on the status of their orders and deliveries will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Adherence to the organization's rules and regulations is essential, along with timely preparation and submission of quotations and estimates to clients. Collaborating with other departments and management, as well as maintaining stock reporting, will be part of your daily tasks.
