Furniture Designer

Location:

Role Overview

Furniture Designer

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design innovative furniture pieces from sketch to final execution.
Create detailed drawings, BOQs, and renders using Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Pytha, Keyshot (or similar).
Research trends, source materials, and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality.
Provide design direction for client projects and ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and sales for product launches.
Conduct quality checks and oversee production through vendor visits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Product Design, or related field.
4–7 years of experience in furniture/product design (luxury/home interiors preferred).
Strong understanding of furniture construction, joinery, and finishes.
Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software.
Excellent visualization, communication, and team collaboration skills.
