We work with grassroots partners and local stakeholders to deliver meaningful change. --- Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and evaluating community-based programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, empathy, and a commitment to social impact. --- Key Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of education, health, and skill-development programs. Coordinate with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders. Monitor program activities and ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness. Assist in writing reports, proposals, and grant applications. Maintain regular communication with the leadership team and contribute to strategy development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 1–3 years of experience in non-profit program implementation or community work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in hindi, marathi and English. Willingness to travel to field locations. What We Offer A supportive and mission-driven work environment.
