Key Responsibilities

• Trade Processing & Review:

• Review and approve trades

  that have been booked by Trade Processors.
• Provide coaching and support to Trade Processors as needed, helping to build their skills and ensure accuracy.
• Enter all trade activity for the global business unit, ensuring established timelines are met with

  high accuracy standards

  .

• Investor Correspondence:

• Distribute essential correspondence to investors, including

  confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, and statements

  .

• Operational Support:

• Assist with other related duties as required to support the team's goals.
• Maintain a solid working knowledge of multiple systems used for trade processing.
• Follow specific fund instructions and variables meticulously.

Shift Timings

• Various shifts will be implemented in the Global Operations Support team.

About You

• Education:

  A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Experience:

  1-2+ years of experience in a financial service office is an asset, but not a prerequisite.

• Knowledge:

  Financial, trading, or banking experience, or knowledge of Hedge/Mutual Funds, is an advantage.

• Skills:

  Possess excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with a

  high level of attention to detail and accuracy
