Fund Controller

Role Overview: You will be part of the Global fund team as the AVP of Fund Controller for a Financial MNC client in Bangalore. Your main responsibilities will include managing and scrutinizing property-level financial results, ensuring accuracy in reporting, providing essential financial analysis and documentation, and leading the team in guidance, problem-solving, training, and workflow management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and scrutinize property-level financial results and full fund financial packages for reporting accuracy. - Ensure correctness in the valuation (NAV), performance metrics (IRR), and complex fee structures across the fund. - Provide essential financial analysis and documentation to support external auditors and key investment stakeholders. - Function as the leader for the team, responsible for guidance, problem-solving, training, and workflow management. Qualifications Required: - Seeking a highly accomplished finance professional with qualifications such as CA, CPA, or MBA. - Direct experience in Hedge Fund or Private Fund Controllership or relevant fund audit team. - Proven track record in people management and team leadership.
