Fund Administration Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining the Fund Administration and Board Relations team at DWS in Pune, India. The team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Board meeting processes for the U.S. legal entities and Fund Boards. As a Senior Analyst, you will support the team leaders in providing assistance for Fund Administration, Board meetings, and other administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit invoices for Trustee Compensation matters, including expense reimbursements, annual retainer fees, and meeting fees - Collaborate with relevant teams on disclosure documents related to Trustee compensation - Prepare and distribute year-end tax reporting documents - Process invoices and raise purchase orders through Ariba/DbBuyer/Concur - Complete Third-Party Risk Management assessments - Manage meetings and calendars - Complete industry surveys - Maintain team policies and procedures, and facilitate annual reviews of such documents - Assist with ad hoc departmental projects as assigned Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Proficient with Ariba/DbBuyer/Concur - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Company Details: DWS, a part of Deutsche Bank Group, offers industry-leading opportunities with a global presence.
