• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or other field demonstrating technical expertise or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4-8 years experience as ETL Tester/ QA Analyst for major application integration and/or major application product release.
• Experience in the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing. Strong testing experience in Functional, End to End, Integration and Database testing.
• Experience in creating Test Plans, Test strategies, Test effort estimation and Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
• Experience in various Testing skills – Smoke testing, Sanity testing Regression testing, User Acceptance testing, Integration testing, and Interoperability testing.
• Experience in reusing test cases and building automation scripts with latest test automation techniques like data-driven testing etc.
• Strong experience in build/understand complex SQL Queries, Data analysis, Data setup and Data validation process.
• Experience with TFS, Rally, Jira, confluence, testing tools (Test Complete and Quality Center).
• Demonstrated understanding and experience with an Agile delivery model, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.
• Comfortable working in an automated, fast-paced, test-driven environment.
• Experience working with data in a Healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated ability to accept personal accountability and ownership for areas of responsibility, pursue solutions, and make decisions
• Techniques to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in database testing in Oracle environments including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored procs, jobs, triggers and replication, strong testing practices and self- service culture
• Good experience in preparing SQL queries in Oracle or any other Data Base.
• Good Hands-on experience in in Excel
• Good to have knowledge on Selenium framework for automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads
• Ability to work well independently and maintain focus on a topic for prolonged periods of time

• Comfort in working with team members that are remote and located in the US, India or other geographies
• Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends, as needed
• Ability to work seated at a computer for long periods of time
