Description Work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on how best to utilize the Dynamics 365 platform to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for Designing, Configuring, and Implementing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions that meet the clients business needs while adhering to industry best practices. About The Role Design and configure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules, including Product Information Management, Procurement, Production, Sales and Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the ERP solution. Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project. Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios. Review design documents, data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members. Participation in FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications Configure D365 for Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, Vendor Portal and Manufacturing. Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, including training and troubleshooting. Develop functional specifications and design documents for customizations and integrations. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure functional requirements are translated into technical designs Provide support to clients during testing and go-live phases. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product updates related to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain RequirementsBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and principles Experienced MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Manufacturing, Warehousing, Planning Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules, including Product Information Management, Procurement, Production, Sales and Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Master planning, Demand and supply forecasting, Enterprise Asset Management, Transportation Management Excellent client-facing capabilities to conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies is a plus Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Operations, or related areas are preferred. Certified in MB-330 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management Named Job Posting?
