Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant L2 with expertise in Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM projects.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM.
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM, including core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM.
