Job Summary

Functional Consultant L2

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Configure, customize, and support application modules (ERP/CRM/Domain-specificcustomizable).
Provide L2 functional support for incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and propose feasible functional solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, and integrations.
Support testing activities including UAT, SIT, regression, and validating fixes.
Prepare functional specs, process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Conduct user training sessions and ensure smooth adoption of new functionalities.
Escalate critical issues to L3/Architect teams and provide detailed analysis.
Participate in process improvements, configuration optimization, and best practice implementation.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance processes, and quality requirements.

Mandatory Skills: SAP Successfactor PMGM .
