Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements by working with business users / stakeholders.
Map current (as-is) business processes and design future (to-be) processes.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications (FS).
Support the configuration/customization of the system/module(s) as per FS.
Conduct gap-analysis: identify where the system does not meet the business requirement, propose workarounds or enhancements.
Assist in workshops, meetings, demos with business users and technical teams.
Prepare and support user acceptance testing (UAT): define test cases, assist users, help in defect tracking.
Create functional documentation: process flows, user guides, functional specs.
Provide post-implementation support: help resolve issues, clarifications, bugs related to functional scope.
Support data migration, integration points (if relevant).
Ensure compliance with project governance, timelines, quality standards.

Mandatory Skills: SAP PP - Production Planning .
