Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead overall test planning, strategy, and execution
Manage functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, and performance testing
Oversee automation framework development and automation execution
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Manage test data, environments, and QA documentation
Lead API testing and BDD/TDD implementation
Drive Agile/DevOps testing practices and shift-left approach
Define QA metrics, dashboards, and quality reports
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery
Mentor and guide the QA team

Required Skills & Experience

815 years of QA experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/test management role
Strong background in test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, UFT, Appium
Expert-level understanding of SDLC, STLC, and quality governance
Hands-on experience with API automation and test frameworks
Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps testing, and cloud technologies
Experience with performance and security testing tools is a plus
Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
