Fullstack Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Architect solutions with clean code practices, high availability, and performance at scale.

- Drive the adoption of modern development frameworks, patterns, and tools across the team.

- Mentor and guide a team of engineers while also contributing directly to code and architecture.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery and deployment.

- Define and maintain API structures, data models, and service integration strategies.

- Handle backend performance tuning, cloud deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Champion best practices in backend development, code reviews, and team processes.

Required Skills:

- 7 - 15 years of total experience in backend development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.

- Proven experience with at least one cloud platform preferably AWS or Azure.

- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design principles.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for scalable, high-quality backend architecture.

- Experience working both as an individual contributor and as a team lead.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates with experience close to an Architect-level profile.

- Backend-focused professionals frontend-heavy experience is not preferred.

- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.
