Qualifications:

• Education

• Experience

• Back-End Skills

  : PHP, AJAX, RESTful APIs, database development, (Python is an added advantage.)

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development

  : Develop and maintain user-facing webpages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Design and implement engaging, responsive user interfaces optimized for various devices.

• Integration & Collaboration

  : Integrate front-end code with server-side logic to create dynamic applications. Collaborate closely with back-end developers and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration and enhance overall user experience.

• Team Leadership

  : Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and innovation. Mentor team members to support their growth and manage team dynamics through effective conflict resolution.

• Stakeholder Communication

  : Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring project requirements are met and keeping everyone informed of progress and challenges.

• Crisis Management

  : Remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations, guiding teams through challenges while maintaining a focus on delivering quality results.

• Performance Optimization

  : Debug and optimize existing code, conduct cross-browser compatibility testing, and ensure clean, valid HTML and CSS markup according to industry standards.

• Component Development

  : Create reusable components to improve efficiency in future projects and build automated test suites to guarantee feature quality and reliability.

• Technical Documentation

  : Maintain thorough technical documentation, including version control logs and system diagrams, and participate in design reviews to align implementation with design intent.

• Research & Innovation

  : Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to front-end development and provide timely support during software releases, troubleshooting any issues.

• Deployment & Security

  : Establish hosting, manage the go-live process for websites, implement security measures (firewalls, encryption), and develop automation scripts for deployment across servers.

• Cloud Deployment

  : Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.
