Senior Full Stack Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Development Lifecycle:

  Take full ownership of features from system design and architecture through deployment, monitoring, and refinement.

• Build with Purpose:

  Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that meets high standards for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate Across Teams:

  Partner with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver impactful features that solve real-world problems.

• Solve Complex Challenges:

  Tackle difficult problems in distributed systems, identify performance bottlenecks, and improve system reliability.

• Lead by Example:

  Help set technical direction, drive engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers.

• Architect for Scale:

  Design and implement microservices-based architectures to support our growing platform.

What We're Looking For-

You'll Bring to the Table:

• Experience:

• 5+ years of backend development experience with

  Node.js / NestJS

• 4+ years of frontend experience with

  React and/or React Native

• Cloud & DevOps:

• Strong experience with

  AWS

  or equivalent cloud platforms
• Understanding of

  CI/CD pipelines

  , containerization (e.g., Docker), and infrastructure as code

• System Architecture:

• Expertise in building and maintaining

  microservices and distributed systems

• Leadership & Mentorship:

• Demonstrated ability to

  mentor engineers

  , conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural discussions

• Communication:

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills you can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus Points For:
