Fullstack Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and development of full-stack applications.

• Apply OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases.
• Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Django + FastAPI).
• Work with Message Queues (MQs), WebSockets/Pushers, and ensure real-time communication capabilities.
• Manage containerized deployments and orchestrate services using AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Design and build microservice-based architectures that follow best practices for scalability, observability, and resilience.
• Ensure security adherence across the application stack, including authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Oversee deployment processes to web and application servers in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
• Frontend expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong backend development skills in: o Java with Spring Boot o Python with Django and FastAPI
• Experience with message brokers/queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
• Hands-on experience with Pushers, WebSockets, and event-driven systems.
• Working knowledge of AKS and cloud-native application deployment practices.
• Exposure to deploying applications on web and application servers (Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, etc.).
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture, service discovery, API gateways, and inter-service communication.
• Strong focus on security best practices, including OWASP top 10, secure API design, and data protection.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

• Working knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

• Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP a plus).
