Role Summary

Full Stack Developer

This is not a task-based role. Ownership, clarity and execution speed are central.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features, from requirements to deployment
• Build scalable backend logic using

  PHP

  and

  MySQL

  , designing clean and modular data models
• Develop responsive, accessible UIs using

  React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript

• Integrate and maintain third-party APIs and payment gateways
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert Figma designs into production-ready front-end
• Review and refactor code for performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across features
• Write clear documentation for features, technical specs, and workflows
• Track and resolve bugs with urgency, owning outcomesnot just code
• Contribute to architectural decisions and platform scalability discussions
• Maintain code quality and version control practices using Git/GitHub

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–7 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, MVC patterns, and API-driven backend development
• Advanced front-end experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery
• Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party services
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across full stack
• Ability to translate UX/UI designs into functional, high-quality front-end code
• Experience working in a SaaS or product-based startup environment
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative delivery cycles
• Clear, direct communication and accountability-driven work style
