Fullstack Engineer

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python | Golang | Kafka | Vue.js)

This role requires working in the Australian shift, with a start time of 4:00 AM.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 810 years of hands-on expertise in Python, Golang, Kafka, and Vue.js. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to drive projects end-to-endfrom requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support.

This role demands deep technical proficiency, a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python, Golang, Kafka, and Vue.js.

Architect and implement high-performance, reliable, and scalable microservices.

Build responsive, modular, and interactive front-end applications using Vue.js.

Implement and optimize messaging and streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.

Conduct detailed code reviews ensuring high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.

Promote and enforce clean coding standards, unit testing practices, and maintainable architectures.

Project & Collaboration:

Work closely with customers and internal teams for requirements gathering and solution design.

Drive UAT cycles, release management, and post-deployment support.

Mentor junior developers, provide technical leadership, and foster engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Strong programming skills in Python and Golang.

Deep expertise in Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, schema design).

Strong front-end development experience with Vue.js.

Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases, caching, and RESTful APIs.

Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and automation.

Strong leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication, including customer-facing interaction.

Experience managing UAT, releases, and production support.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, Django, and libraries such as Pandas, Netmiko, Paramiko.

Strong, hands-on expertise in Kafka, Golang, and Vue.js (must-have).

Exposure to AWS / GCP / Azure cloud platforms.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm for containerization and orchestration.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk.

Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
