Description
You would be joining a leading AI & analytics organization, Fractal, known for its strong Fullstack Team and exceptional work environment. As a Fullstack (React and Java/Python) Engineer, you will collaborate with Scrum Master, Cloud Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and UI/UX Engineers to develop end-to-end Data to Decision Systems. Reporting to a Lead Architect, your responsibilities will include: - Architecting, estimating, managing, developing & maintaining the backend and frontend for Data to Decision projects for Fortune 500 clients - Integrating algorithmic output from backend REST APIs with the data science & engineering team - Creating dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls in collaboration with business and product owners - Mentoring junior engineers, ensuring adherence to sprint plans, and supporting their career growth - Translating technical project journey and sharing insights with clients - Participating in UAT, diagnosing & troubleshooting bugs and application integration issues - Creating and maintaining documentation for developed processes and applications Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer for enterprise web applications - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, ReactJS/VueJS, Java SE, SpringBoot/Play Framework - Familiarity with RDBMS (e.g., MySQL), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), REST APIs, and UI concepts - Hands-on experience in test-driven development, responsive web design, and backend service development - Experience in deploying and maintaining high-traffic infrastructure - Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with code versioning tools like GitHub Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, AWS, or GCP Services - Experience in UX design collaboration, Sprints, Agile methodologies, and Microservices - Knowledge of messaging brokers like RabbitMQ and CI/CD tools like Github Actions or Jenkins Education: - B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent You would be joining a leading AI & analytics organization, Fractal, known for its strong Fullstack Team and exceptional work environment.
