Fullstack Engineer

As a full stack engineer at our renowned food and beverage organization with a global presence, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional customer-facing web and app experiences. Specializing in JavaScript, you will be tasked with the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end systems. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable web applications using React.js for front-end and Node.js for API development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. Promote a culture of quality and innovation by advocating Extreme Programming methodologies and actively participating in Agile processes and code reviews. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in front-end and back-end systems will be crucial, along with experience working on cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Ideally, you should have a background in e-commerce platforms and solutions, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate their impact on product development. Emphasize continuous improvement, performance optimization, and security throughout the development lifecycle. Your skills should include proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript for front-end, and Node.js for back-end development. Additionally, demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and mentor other engineers, with experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Retail, or E-commerce industries considered a plus.
