About the Role

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
  
• Build responsive, intuitive UI components and front-end logic.
  
• Develop secure, efficient backend services, APIs, and integrations.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  
• Participate in design discussions, architecture planning, and code reviews.
  
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  
• Implement best practices for security, deployment, and CI/CD.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  and one or more frameworks (e.g.,

  React, Angular, Vue.js

  ).
• Proficiency in backend languages/frameworks such as

  Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/Flask), .NET Core

  , or similar.
• Experience with

  RESTful APIs

  , JSON, and integrating with external services.
• Solid understanding of

  databases

  both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with

  Git

  and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of

  server-side rendering

  , microservices, or component-based architecture.
• Understanding of

  software engineering fundamentals

  (OOP, algorithms, data structures).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of

  Docker

  , Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience with

  GraphQL

  , WebSockets, or real-time communication.
• Understanding of authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT).
  
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles or design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
