The role covers multi-cloud monitoring expertise and security compliance, making our Infra Metrics Collector highly robust and scalable. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React (Frontend), Python (Backend APIs), and databases (Cassandra, PostgreSQL). This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for building, securing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade SaaS applications. You will design and implement scalable, secure, and stable systems, ensuring seamless API integrations, frontend performance optimization, and database reliability. A strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and best security practices is essential. This role will report into the Head of Software Engineering. Key Responsibilities: * 100% hands-on role to build and refactor full-stack applications with React (frontend), Python (backend APIs), and databases (Cassandra, PostgreSQL). Ensure stability, security, and performance of applications in enterprise-grade production environments. Design and optimize database schemas, ensuring high availability and efficient query performance. Utilize ORM libraries for efficient database interactions: o Cassandra ORM: Use libraries like Cassandra-Driver(DataStax), CQLAlchemy, or CQLEngine. o PostgreSQL ORM: Use SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, or Tortoise-ORM. Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend. Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for frontend, backend, and database layers. Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless releases and rollback strategies. Enhance security by implementing best practices, including SAST, DAST, API security, encryption, and authentication mechanisms. Optimize React components and front-end performance for better user experience and scalability. Work in Agile development cycles, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure infrastructure reliability, automated deployments, and monitoring. Integrate backend APIs with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools to ensure system observability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system uptime and resilience. Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development for enterprise-grade SaaS applications. Expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript for frontend development. Strong Python backend development skills (FastAPI, Flask, Django). Experience working with databases: o Cassandra(distributeddatabase , scalability , faulttolerance). o PostgreSQL (relational database, query optimization, indexing). ORM expertise for Python-based database interactions: o Cassandra: CQLEngine, CQLAlchemy, Cassandra-Driver. o PostgreSQL: SQLAlchemy, DjangoORM, Tortoise-ORM. Proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL API development. Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Linux servers, Jenkins, ArgoCD). Strong experience with API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and encryption techniques. Unit and integration testing expertise (Jest, React Testing Library, Pytest). Proficiency in working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and Git workflows. Nice to have: Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js). Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time data streaming in dashboards. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with front-end performance optimization techniques. Experience in marketplace integrations with Application Performance Monitoring Tools
