Fullstack Developer

As a Fullstack Developer at our company in Ahmedabad, you will be an integral part of our fast-growing engineering team. You should have at least 6 years of experience working with Node.js, NestJS, and Next.js, along with 2 years of leading a development team. Your role will involve working on cutting-edge web applications, designing robust APIs, and leading a collaborative development team to drive innovation and performance in a modern tech environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers, offering technical guidance and conducting code reviews. - Develop and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Next.js for frontend and NestJS/Node.js for backend. - Design, implement, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to define and implement new features. - Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, clean coding, and maintainability. - Optimize application performance on both frontend and backend. - Manage data interactions using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/NoSQL databases. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to uphold software quality. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using platforms like AWS, GCP, or Vercel. - Encourage team knowledge sharing, agile practices, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: - 6+ years of fullstack development experience. - Minimum 2 years of leading a software development team. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. - Expertise with Node.js, NestJS, and Next.js. - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. - Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs. - Familiarity with modern authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth2. - Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative workflows. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills: - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture. - Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure. - Working knowledge of Redux, Zustand, or other state management tools. - SEO and performance optimization for Server-Side Rendered (SSR) applications. - Hands-on experience with Prisma, TypeORM, or similar ORM libraries.
