Job Summary

Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  scalable web applications

  using

  React.js

  (front-end) and

  Node.js / FastAPI

  (back-end).
• Build

  reusable UI components

  and workflows with a focus on performance, usability, and responsive design.
• Implement

  authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

  for secure applications.
• Design and maintain

  database schemas

  in

  PostgreSQL and MongoDB

  , ensuring optimized queries and performance.
• Deploy and manage applications on

  AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)

  for scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical workflows.
• Ensure

  unit testing, code reviews, and best practices

  are followed across front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop and maintain

  technical documentation

  for architecture, workflows, APIs, and UI components.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and track work progress using tools like JIRA.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in

  React.js

  (hooks, state management, component-driven design).
• Backend development expertise in

  Node.js

  and

  FastAPI

  .
• Solid understanding of

  UI/UX workflows

  and ability to build reusable

  UI components

  .
• Proficiency with

  PostgreSQL and MongoDB

  databases.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on

  AWS

  , preferably with

  EKS (Kubernetes)

  .
• Good understanding of

  authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, etc.)

  .
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with

  technical documentation

  (API specs, architecture diagrams, UI workflows).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  microservices architecture and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of

  GraphQL

  or

  WebSockets

  for real-time applications.
• Exposure to

  frontend testing frameworks

  (Jest, Cypress).
