Key Responsibilities

Backend Development and Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using

  to facilitate seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems, specifically focusing on data integrity and security for health-related applications.
• Manage and optimize database performance using

  PostgreSQL

  , including schema migration and complex query writing.
• Implement asynchronous tasks and caching mechanisms using

  Redis/Celery

  to ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application.
• Manage deployment, scaling, and maintenance of applications on

  AWS

  services including

  RDS

  (storage), and

  EC2

  (compute).
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate trained models and algorithms into the core product, with a proven track record of successfully working on

  AI projects

Frontend Development and UI/UX

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces for web applications using

  React.Js

  .
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and reusable components.
• Optimize frontend performance for speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.

General and Collaborative

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and continuous improvement.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, and AI/ML).
• Leverage

  Cursor/Claude

  or other modern AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development speed and code quality.

Qualifications and Soft Skills

• Education:

  B.Tech degree with a

  minimum of 75%

  aggregate score in 10+2 (Higher Secondary) examinations.

• Experience:

  Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with the mandatory tech stack.

• Communication:

  Excellent

  communication skills

  (written and verbal) to effectively articulate technical challenges and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Attitude:

  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, healthtech startup environment.
