Job Description Position: Full Stack Developer (NextJS or ReactJS) Experience Required: 4+ years Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Technical Skills Frontend Technologies: React.js (4+ years - mandatory) ¢ Next.js (preferred) ¢ Redux Toolkit (mandatory) ¢ TypeScript (mandatory) ¢ HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) ¢ Responsive design, cross-browser compatibility ¢ Experience with Bootstrap and Material-UI Backend Technologies: ¢ Node.js (preferred) OR Python ¢ RESTful API development ¢ Third-party API integration ¢ Server-side rendering and optimization Database: ¢ PostgreSQL (mandatory) ¢ MySQL (mandatory) ¢ ORM frameworks: Sequelize, Prisma, SQLAlchemy Development Practices & Tools: ¢ SDLC, Git, Agile/Scrum ¢ Testing: Jest, Cypress, PyTest ¢ CI/CD pipelines **Additional (Preferred):** ¢ Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) ¢ Docker, Microservices ¢ GraphQL, Performance monitoring Primary Responsibilities ¢ Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js/Next.js ¢ Build backend services with Node.js or Python and integrate APIs ¢ Ensure responsive UI and smooth user experience ¢ Maintain and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) ¢ Implement Redux Toolkit for state management ¢ Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation ¢ Collaborate across teams and mentor juniors ¢ Follow coding standards and stay updated with trends Key Deliverables ¢ High-quality, maintainable code ¢ On-time delivery of features and fixes ¢ Technical documentation ¢ Involvement in architecture discussions ¢ Mentorship of junior staff Performance Metrics ¢ Code quality and adherence ¢ Timely delivery ¢ Bug resolution effectiveness ¢ Collaboration and communication ¢ Innovation and improvements
