Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node JS, C#, MVC .Net, jQuery and MSSQL along with a strong foundation in HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript . Having additional skills such as Nest JS, React JS, Next JS and PostgreSQL will be valued. This role requires hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, designing efficient APIs, and implementing modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git . Education Required: BE / BTech / MCA Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications by leveraging HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, React JS, Next JS, and JavaScript for front-end development. Architect and implement efficient Express APIs and backend services using NodeJS, Nest JS and MSSQL ensuring scalability and performance. Design database schemas and optimize queries, focusing on enhancing performance and ensuring data integrity. Implement modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to streamline development and deployment workflows. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance, adhering to security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while enforcing coding standards and utilizing industry-standard tools. Conduct code reviews, implement automated testing, and debug to deliver high-quality, reliable software. Stay updated on the latest technologies and frameworks, evaluating their relevance for the product roadmap and team skill set. Participate actively in agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative team environment. Competency: Experience : 4 to 6 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of building and deploying scalable web applications. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Node JS, C#, MVC .Net, Express JS and MSSQL, with a proven ability to design and implement robust solutions. Front-End Development : Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and JavaScript, including experience with responsive design principles and browser compatibility. Version Control & DevOps Practices : Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Cloud and Microservices : Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker, with experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) being an added advantage. Performance Optimization : Ability to write optimized, high-performance code, with experience using monitoring tools like Azure App insight, Grafana, Elastic APM. Security Awareness : Familiarity with web application security best practices, including authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT) and secure coding standards. Problem Solving & Attention to Detail : Demonstrated expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and delivering quality solutions under tight deadlines. Collaboration & Communication : Effective interpersonal skills to work in an agile team environment, including collaboration with cross-functional teams such as designers, QA, and product leads. Adaptability & Growth : Eagerness to stay updated with emerging trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
