Job Description: Education Required: Graduate in Engineering, preferably Electricals & Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a reputed college Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in any Automotive System development from Design & Development till Production like switches, sensors, actuators, electronics modules etc. Knowledge & hands on experience in design tools like DFMEA and DVP Proficiency in understanding of Electronics PCB parts, their working and circuit level operation details Assembles and coordinates performance of multidisciplinary technical teams Excellent problem solving, solid analytical competency and strong communication skills. Contribute to new business initiatives/NPD, projects, reviews, developing mitigation plans and manage project risks. Demonstrate ability to provide technical solutions in automotive BM programs Detailed automotive knowledge on complete product life cycle with core experience in Design & Development and should be familiar with engineering knowledge & quality tools. Ensure On time delivery with First time right consistently by setting KPIs for the team/ associates and assessments. Experience in managing a team with cohesion and strong leadership skills to meet Quality, Time & Cost.
