Job Description

Full Stack Developer (Frontend-Focused)

Avidion Softwares Pvt. Ltd.

About Avidion

Role Overview

Build interactive dashboards, campaign tools, and data visualization components
using Next.js and React.
Develop and optimize landing pages and product websites for Avidion internal
products.
Implement reusable UI components and maintain a shared design system (in sync with
UI/UX Designer).
Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility, accessibility, and fast load
performance.
Manage state with React Query (TanStack), Zustand, or equivalent.
Handle form management with React Hook Form + Zod validation.
Integrate Lottie animations and basic motion effects using Framer Motion or GSAP.

Backend Collaboration (20% Responsibility)

Consume and integrate REST APIs and Webhooks built by backend team (NestJS).
Contribute to light backend tasks: API routes, database queries, or queue jobs when
needed.
Debug, log, and test end-to-end functionality between frontend and backend.
Write clean TypeScript code that aligns with backend structure and DTOs.
Understand and work with PostgreSQL (via Prisma/TypeORM) and Redis (BullMQ)
where required. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the UI/UX Designer to convert design systems into live UI
components.
Coordinate with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and system
performance.
Collaborate with Project Coordinator to meet sprint deadlines and technical goals.
