Position Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is enthusiastic about learning,

experimenting, and building high-quality products. You will work closely with the

founding team to design, develop, and deploy web applications that scale. This role

is ideal for someone who thrives in start-up environments, is self-driven, and has

an open mind to exploring modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build end-to-end web applications with a strong focus on

scalability and performance.

• Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Work with Python (FastAPI) for backend services and modern frontend

frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).

• Build and optimize relational databases (SQL), ensuring eicient schema

design and query performance.

• Collaborate on architecture decisions and contribute to the product vision.

• Implement DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing,

containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Share and highlight your work through GitHub or personal projects.

• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing to help build a strong

engineering culture.

Required Skill:

• Hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework

(React, Vue, Angular).

• Strong understanding of SQL and database fundamentals (PostgreSQL or

MySQL).

• Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing,

version control (Git).

• Curiosity and ability to learn quickly, adapt, and explore new

tools/technologies.

• Familiarity with APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and microservices

architecture.

• Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Technical Graduation.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

• Experience with serverless architectures.

• Understanding of scalable SaaS architectures (multi-tenancy, subscription

billing, etc.).

• Background in UI/UX awareness to create intuitive user experiences.

• Contributions to open-source projects.

• Candidates must possess good inter-personal skills.
