Fullstack Architect

As a highly skilled and visionary Principal Engineer, your role will involve leading the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure full stack applications. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions using AWS & Azure. Your key responsibilities will include driving DevOps initiatives such as CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, monitoring, and automation. Collaboration with product managers, architects, cross-site, and cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and roadmap will be essential. You will also lead Technical Initiatives, make strong technical decisions in alignment with business vision, and champion engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization. Mentoring and guiding engineers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement will be an important aspect of your role. Evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities and developer productivity will also be part of your responsibilities. Your required skills and experience should include proven expertise in full stack development using backend technologies such as Java, GO, Python, and frameworks like React, Angular. Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is crucial. Proficiency in DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools is expected. A deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems is necessary. You should also possess good knowledge of database systems including Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DocumentDB). Experience in database performance tuning, indexing, replication, and backup strategies is valuable. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog is required. Additionally, having good knowledge of AI concepts and effective usage of GenAI, Copilot & AgentAI tools to deliver fast and smart results would be beneficial. Strong communication & negotiation skills, a problem-solving mindset, and leadership qualities are crucial for this role. You will be interacting with key stakeholders including R&D Senior Managers, Managers, R&D Engineering teams, Scrum Masters & Product owners, Product Management team, Customer Success & Implementation teams, User experience teams, and Architects & Principal Engineers in departments and across the organization globally.,
