Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize the Store module of IBM Sterling OMS based on business requirements.
• Handle order processing, shipment, store pickup, inventory, and store fulfillment flows.
• Work on exception handling, alerts, and transaction flows within the Store module.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment of enhancements and fixes.
• Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IBM Sterling OMS, specifically Store module.
• Hands-on experience in developing and customizing workflows and pipeline services.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE and XML technologies.
• Experience in integration using APIs, REST/SOAP, and message queues.
• Good understanding of Order lifecycle, Inventory management, and Returns handling.
• Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.
