Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with ITSM processes and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB). Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and performance tuning. Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
