As an HR Intern at Way2Print, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Your role will also involve supporting employee engagement activities, training sessions, managing HR documentation, and handling basic HR queries to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, both written and spoken, who is a quick learner and eager to explore the world of HR. While basic knowledge of HR practices is a plus, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be organized, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working with people. Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
