Job Title: Content Writer (Course/E-learning Content)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer (Course Development) to join our team. The main role of the Content Writer will be to create clear, engaging, and structured content for online/offline courses, training modules, study materials, and related communication. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, research ability, and a passion for creating educational content that connects with learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and structure course modules, study guides, lesson plans, and e-learning content.
• Research topics thoroughly to create accurate, well-organized, and informative content.
• Simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly explanations, examples, and case studies.
• Ensure content is original, plagiarism-free, and aligned with course objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and marketing teams.
• Optimize content for clarity, readability, and engagement.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
• Stay updated with trends in education, training, and online learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
• Strong ability to create educational or instructional content.
• Good research and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS, or content authoring tools.
• Knowledge of educational pedagogy, training design, or instructional writing.
• Familiarity with multimedia integration (slides, quizzes, case studies).
• Creative storytelling and ability to make learning engaging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
