Company: Genpact Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 4 to 8 years Job Type: Full Time Functional Area: IT Software Application Programming / Maintenance Industry: IT Services & Consulting Role Category: Programming & Design Employment Type: Permanent Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Power Apps to join our team as a Lead Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building cloud-native solutions with serverless architecture and seamless integration with Power Platform. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Azure Functions to validate and transform dealer data submissions. Integrate Azure Functions with Power Apps rule engine and model-view APIs . Implement unit and integration tests using xUnit / Jest and integrate into CI/CD pipelines . Optimize solutions for cold start performance , caching , and high concurrency . Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in C#, Node.js , or Python . Must-Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Mandatory) Functions, Event Grid, Blob Storage, Logic Apps, etc. Power Apps integration experience – working knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem. Proficiency in C# / Node.js / Python . Experience in building RESTful APIs or microservices on Azure. Solid understanding of OAuth/JWT , event-driven design , and JSON Schema validation . Familiarity with CI/CD tools , Git , and Agile methodology . Good to Have: Working knowledge of Azure DevOps , Power Automate , or Dataverse . Exposure to performance tuning and cost optimization in Azure serverless setups. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field (Mandatory) Preferred Attributes: Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Team leadership experience is a plus
