Full Stack Trainer

You are looking for a Full Stack Trainer to join your team at Chitkara University, Rajpura. Your role will involve delivering engaging training sessions to aspiring React developers, utilizing your expertise in React.js development to enhance their skills in front-end and backend development. As a Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials, conducting interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, providing personalized guidance and support to participants, designing hands-on coding exercises, tailoring training content to meet participants" needs, staying updated with industry trends, evaluating participant progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in React.js development, proven experience in delivering training programs, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, a passion for teaching and mentoring, flexibility to accommodate different learning styles, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and relevant certifications in education or instructional design. Additionally, you should have strong technical competence in various subjects including computer programming fundamentals, software engineering, data structures and algorithms, Linux, Git & GitHub, HTML5 & CSS3, JavaScript, React with Redux and React Router, Node.js, Express Framework, MongoDB, deployment across popular providers, best practices for full-stack development, application architectures, code organization strategies, and deployment strategies. This Full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience and offers a budget ranging from Rs. 80,000/- to Rs. 1,50,000/- per month.
