Full stack Senior Developer - Vice President

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, your role involves being a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements - Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and industry standards - Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint - Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation - Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions - Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts - Assess risk when making business decisions and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications: - 12-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role - Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, Bootstrap or Material UI - Back-End Technologies: Java (8 or above), Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, Maven or Gradle - Database: Oracle, PL/SQL - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred Please note that the Job Description also includes additional details about the company, such as the Job Family Group (Technology) and Job Family (Applications Development).,
