Job Description

Experience of 5+ years in design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability and security preferably with a focus on back-end development
Must have Strong
C#
Programming experience
Hands-on expertise working with
ReactJS
Good experience in state management & websockets
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Strong knowledge of web standards and accessibility guidelines
Experience with APIs
Experience with cloud environments such as
Azure
is good to have
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of components end-to-end.
Experience in creating system design, High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD)
An Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to coordinate with a team of developers onshore and offshore and ensuring on-time quality
Must have experience supporting/implementing large development projects
Ability to work independently with little direction and supervision, to manage/ self-direct multiple projects and meet predefined deadlines, make time for unplanned assignments, adapt to changing priorities
Superior interpersonal skills, strong adaptability skill, and superior verbal and writing communication skills.
