Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Must have: The candidate must have strong proficiency in .NET framework, .NET Core, C#, SQL, Windows Forms, REST APIs, and hands-on experience with Azure, specifically with App Services, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.

Azure Skills: Hands-on experience with basic Azure services is crucial, theoretical knowledge is not sufficient.
Database Skills: Proficiency in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and creating tables is required, though deep expertise in SQL is not mandatory.
Scope of Work: The role involves enhancing an existing automation platform and developing new automations based on stakeholder requirements, with structured processes and requirements groomed by product owners and BAs.
DevOps Involvement: There is a dedicated DevOps team for pipelines and infrastructure; the candidate is not expected to handle these unless interested.
Work Location & Experience: The candidate must work from the Pune office five days a week, with an ideal experience range of 7-8 years.
Communication Skills: Good communication is essential due to collaboration with teams in Singapore and the UK.
