Full Stack Manager (Lead/Manager /Full Stack Development)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to engineering best practices.
  
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  
• Build backend services using

  Python

  and

  GoLang

  , and develop responsive front-end components using

  React.js

  .
• Manage end-to-end SDLC including requirement analysis, design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance.
  
• Deploy and scale applications using

  AWS services

  such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, etc.
• Develop and manage big-data pipelines using

  Hadoop, Spark, Kafka

  .
• Integrate

  machine learning

  models using TensorFlow into production environments.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and analytics systems using

  Elastic Stack (ELK)

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsproduct, UI/UX, QA, DevOpsto deliver business-aligned technical solutions.
  
• Drive technical decision-making, enforce coding standards, and ensure security compliance.
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and ensure system reliability and scalability.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with strong exposure to large-scale systems.
  
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams (minimum 5+ engineers) in an Agile development environment.
  
• Deep expertise in

  Python, GoLang, React.js

  , and modern front-end/back-end frameworks.
• Strong understanding of

  PostgreSQL

  database architecture and performance tuning.
• Advanced working knowledge of

  AWS cloud services

  and distributed system architecture.
• Experience in

  big-data tools

  like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, with knowledge of high-volume data processing.
• Exposure to

  TensorFlow

  or similar machine learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with logging/monitoring platforms (ELK Stack).
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• BE/BTech/MTech/MCA in Computer Science or related field.
  
• Bonus: Experience with

  Agentic AI systems

  or AI-driven automation.
