Role & responsibilities

high-performing Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable
Java-based backend services
using
Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
.
Develop rich, responsive
front-end interfaces
using
Angular
or
ReactJS
.
Integrate front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and user experience.
Work with
REST APIs
,
JWT authentication
, and
cloud-based deployment environments
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Use
Generative AI tools
(Cursor AI, Groq, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize coding workflows, debugging, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, UX) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Participate in
code reviews
,
unit testing
, and
continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD)
pipelines.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in
AI-assisted software development
.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years
of hands-on experience in
Java development
.
Strong proficiency in
Spring Framework
,
Spring Boot
, and
Microservices architecture
.
Front-end experience with
Angular (v10+)
or
React (v17+)
.
Experience with
REST APIs

JSON
,
JPA/Hibernate
, and
SQL/NoSQL databases
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
Experience working with
cloud platforms
(AWS / Azure / GCP).
Demonstrated use of
AI coding tools

Strong debugging and analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to
Docker, Kubernetes
